What I have been up to

I have made some major changes to the beta version of the site hosted on the super top secret version somewhere on the server. That's a lie.

However, I have been making some changes that you cannot see unless you view the source code. I am converting everything to php so it is a lot easier to update everything. Also, I am going to get away form the blogger type blog so I can make it more customizable.

Movie

There are three movie projects currently in very rough development, two of which I am positive will be completed. I have taken the first step that is required to make the movie by deleting all content off of my camera after loading the content onto my computer. There have not been any original or Dylan Kong movies for a while now, and hopefully some will be created, edited, and posted soon.

You may have noticed that there is a new
link on the top of the page entitled "Shop." I am pleased to announce the official opening of the jeffkillian.com store. If you wish, buy a shirt or two, I would greatly appreciate it. To show how much I care, I have issued a SALE on all store merchandise through December 10th. Take advantage of it while you can. Let's face it, you know you will eventually want a shirt, so why not get one when they are cheap. Save a couple bucks.

Lots of Work

There are a lot of changes going on today. The main layout was made, and the ads are going into place. The ads do sometimes display strange and wonderful things that, to the best of my knowledge, have absolutely nothing to do with the site. When there is time I will explain the link bar above this at a greater length.

If you find that a page you liked has been deleted, you will come across a handy new 404 page. Email me about it and I will see what I can do. To be honest, I stopped using notepad and coding strictly in HTML. I am not using frontpage. Straight HTML was taking way too long, and this way, I can still manipulate the code but be able to do other things during the day too.

Posting

I am working on an automatic update feature. Right now if I want to update or add a new post, I have to manually add the date and time and the title. I also have to make sure that there are no typos (no spell check in notepad) and that all text is formatted correctly. Right now I am using notepad, but have received some other suggestions saying I should use various other types of programs. If you have a suggestion, email me and I will look into it. Email is constantly on, and as I stated before, I am usually alerted instantly (if I am home and nearby my computer.
